Pre-Funding Due Diligence Scoping
We will conduct a detailed review of the project program including planning approvals, site analysis, risk assessment, budgets & documentation and the project team.
Lender’s Representative Monitoring
We provide project & covenant monitoring via onsite visits and attendance at PCG’s, reviewing claims, assessing costs and contingency and maintaining communication with all stakeholders.
Lender’s Representative Project Management
We work with the project sponsor on key appointments & project delivery design and liaise with stakeholders and authorities to ensure all works are completed effectively.
Mark Zanetic
Project Director
Mark reviews the construction risk elements of all pre-submission and active loan facilities, reporting to capital on construction updates and risks identified.
Mark was formerly a Development Manager at Mirvac, managing large scale development projects.
Mike Sergent
Head of Credit & Asset Management
Mike has more than 20 years’ experience in the finance industry, primarily focusing on commercial real estate financing at National Australia Bank and Metrics Credit Partners prior to commencing at YSC Partners.
Mike’s extensive experience in the CRE sector has spanned a diverse range of senior roles in portfolio & risk management, loan origination & execution, and debt restructuring. He has been an integral part of the origination and execution of a high volume of mid-market property transactions, in addition to the ongoing management of CRE loan portfolios through a range of economic cycles.
Felicity Cornforth
General Counsel
Felicity has more than 15 years’ experience as a finance lawyer, including private practice work in a top tier and a global law firm and in-house at two of Australia’s leading non-bank lenders prior to commencing at YSC Partners. She has advised on transactional finance, general corporate and commercial, regulatory, and consumer credit matters.
Felicity’s extensive experience ranges from structuring commercial real estate and construction finance arrangements and leading large-scale acquisition finance transactions, to providing consumer credit and general corporate and commercial legal advice to business and leadership teams.
